Established in 2018, Bahria Town School of Nursing (BTSON) is a state-of-the-art nursing school where student-centered, curriculum integrated, and innovative approaches are utilized in academics, clinical practice and services delivery trainings for educating nursing students and nursing professionals. BTSON is equipped with high-tech skills, science laboratories and Learning Resource Centers where multidisciplinary teams join hands to train student nurses to become highly qualified, compassionate, patient centered nurses that will serve the patients, communities, and uplift professional standards in national and international context.
Bahria Town School of Nursing (BTSON) is registered with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) and affiliated with the University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore for Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Generic BSN 04 Years) and Post RN BSN (02 years) degree programs. Alongside this, BTSON is registered with Punjab Nursing Examination Board (PNEB) for its one-year Post Basic Specialty program in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Nephrology, and Operation Theater (OT). These programs aims to produce clinically competent professional nurses, who will utilize critical thinking in providing holistic nursing care to the patients at primary, secondary, and tertiary level as Registered Nurses. With a professional approach, the graduates will also be vital in playing a role as change agents in nursing practice and education in any health care setting at local and international level.
Bahia Town School of Nursing provides clinical training at different state of the art hospitals including Bahria International Hospital Lahore, Bahria Orchard Hospital Lahore, Shaikh Zayed Hospital Lahore, and Punjab Institute of Mental Health Lahore. Additionally, the students are trained in different communities at Basic Health Units, and Rural Health Centers of Punjab Pakistan.
